Terms and Conditions – Sewing Classes
CANCELLATIONS You may cancel up to 7 days before your first class for a refund, less a cancellation fee of $50. If you cancel later, we cannot issue a refund. If you’re unable to cancel in time for a refund, you can always send a friend in your place.
If we must cancel a class for any reason, we will issue a full refund. ON THE DAY OF YOUR CLASS Please turn up at least 10 minutes before workshops start, this allows time for fabric or tool purchases, a little relax and a chat with other participants.
MAKE UP CLASSES The sewing classes* are designed to for you to start and finish your project. If you require a little extra time, we are more than happy to offer you a make up class for a fee of $35 per hour for extra classes.
*One-on-one sewing classes are excluded and always charged by the hour.
We offer free delivery for orders within Australia that are over $50. International shipping varies. Please use the shipping cost calculator in the shopping cart to get an accurate charge for your part of the world.Also, if you live locally you're welcome to pick up your order from the retail shop.
We do not store or record your payment details. All payments are made via Paypal who are the industry leader in secure online payments.From their website:

Our website makes a 'bing' sound. You'll get a notice email to confirm the order is placed. We package your order in an envelope and ship it to you. We then follow up to make sure you received your order in a timely fashion.
