What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
We offer free delivery for orders within Australia that are over $50. International shipping varies. Please use the shipping cost calculator in the shopping cart to get an accurate charge for your part of the world.Also, if you live locally you're welcome to pick up your order from the retail shop.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We use the secure Paypal portal for processing payments. So you can use your Paypal or Credit Card.
How long will delivery take?
We usually process orders and ship within 24 hours. Postage times vary but within Australia we expect 3-5 days and internationally is within 2 weeks.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

What exactly happens after ordering?
Our website makes a 'bing' sound. You'll get a notice email to confirm the order is placed. We package your order in an envelope and ship it to you. We then follow up to make sure you received your order in a timely fashion.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. You'll get that via email after placing the order. Paypal will also send you a receipt.
